1. About AI Finance Blueprint

AI Finance Blueprint Pte. Ltd. provides AI-assisted structured AI financial planning blueprint education and workblueprint modules for Singapore residents, households, freelancers, and SME finance ops teams. Our services include guided blueprint modules, parallel blueprint agent onboarding, household budget workshops, corporate flow programme briefings, and related educational formats described on aifinanceblueprint.pro.

AI Finance Blueprint is a financial planning blueprint studio. The aifinanceblueprint.pro domain uses The .pro top-level domain as a branding choice. It does not indicate a professional adviser licensing, credentialing body, or guaranteed planning product, or guaranteed single-path financial outcome. "Flow" refers to blueprint visibility and money movement mapping — not automated wealth generation.

2. Eligibility and account conduct

Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and above and for corporate teams with authorised representatives. By using our website or enrolling in services, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements and that information you provide is accurate and complete.

You agree not to misuse our website or services, including attempting unauthorised access to systems, submitting false information, abusing contact forms, circumventing honeypot protections, or using our materials for unlawful purposes including unlicensed investment solicitation or crypto trading promotion.

3. Nature of services — explicit limitations

AI Finance Blueprint delivers workflow education and platform guidance for personal finance management and SME cash-flow organisation. Our services explicitly do NOT include:

• Licensed investment advice, portfolio management, or securities dealing.
• Money transfer, remittance, or payment processing services.
• Cryptocurrency exchange, forex trading, or trading signal provision.
• Autonomous trading bots or fully automated money management without human approval.
• Tax filing or preparation as a primary regulated service.
• Guaranteed savings, guaranteed returns, or guaranteed income outcomes.
• Life coaching, wellness programmes, or personal transformation services.

The parallel blueprint agent described in our materials operates in an assistive capacity — categorising transactions, drafting summaries, and queuing review items. You retain full responsibility for approving every financial decision. We do not execute payments, move funds, or make investment choices on your behalf.

4. blueprint module enrolment and fees

blueprint module fees are quoted in Singapore dollars (S$) on our website and confirmed at enrolment. Payment terms, session schedules, and cancellation policies are communicated during registration. Cancellations more than 14 days before a scheduled session may receive a refund minus a S$30 administration fee. Cancellations within 14 days may transfer to a future cohort. No refunds are issued after a session has commenced.

We reserve the right to modify track content, schedules, or pricing for future cohorts. Enrolled participants receive notice of material changes affecting their active registration.

5. Intellectual property

All content on aifinanceblueprint.pro — including text, graphics, blueprint module materials, AI pipeline templates, layer rule worksheets, and workflow documentation — is owned by AI Finance Blueprint Pte. Ltd. or its licensors. You may use materials provided during enrolled tracks for personal or internal business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or commercial exploitation of track materials without written consent is prohibited.

The AI Finance Blueprint name, logo mark, and aifinanceblueprint.pro domain are trademarks of AI Finance Blueprint Pte. Ltd. Unauthorised use is prohibited.

6. AI-generated content disclaimer

Flow summaries, category suggestions, and agent queue items produced through our parallel blueprint agent or associated AI tools may contain errors or omissions. All AI outputs are drafts requiring human verification. You must independently validate figures against source records before relying on them for financial decisions. AI Finance Blueprint accepts no liability for decisions made based on unverified AI-generated content.

7. Website use licence

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access aifinanceblueprint.pro for personal, non-commercial information purposes. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the website without prior notice. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free website operation.

8. Privacy and data protection

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which explain how we collect, use, and protect personal data under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA). Contact form submissions require explicit PDPA consent via the consent_pdpa checkbox.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Singapore law, AI Finance Blueprint Pte. Ltd., its directors, employees, and facilitators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services, including loss of profits, data, or financial opportunities.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific blueprint module or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months preceding the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Singapore law.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AI Finance Blueprint Pte. Ltd. from claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of our materials, or violation of applicable law in connection with your use of our services.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. 12. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
