Our origin and purpose
AI Finance Blueprint Pte. Ltd. was founded to address a practical gap: many Singapore households and small business finance teams struggle to maintain consistent financial planning visibility despite having access to banking apps and spreadsheets. We built a blueprint studio where participants learn to map scenario grids, configure AI financial planning layer rules, and adopt review-and-approve workflows powered by a parallel blueprint agent.

Our parallel blueprint agent monitors your financial planning blueprint alongside you. Our studio sits at 480 Lorong 6 Toa Payoh, #04-18 HDB Hub — a central Singapore location with direct MRT access via Toa Payoh station (NS19) and connections to the rest of the island. The HDB Hub building provides lift access to level 4 and a professional environment for blueprint cohort sessions.
The blueprint studio hosts in-person cohort sessions, parallel blueprint agent onboarding, and corporate blueprint briefing meetings. Selected modules are also available online for Singapore residents who prefer remote participation.
What we are not
AI Finance Blueprint does not hold client funds, operate as a fund manager, or provide licensed investment advisory unless explicitly stated with a named licence holder. We do not fabricate professional credentials, award financial adviser licences, or claim regulator endorsement. Our facilitators guide structured AI financial planning blueprint education — they are not presented as CFP or CFA holders unless individually verified and disclosed.
